Rosenthal Land Rover Service Department has been serving this unique brand since 2001, and two of our technicians have now achieved the master status - the manufacturer's highest recognition of excellence. All of our technicians are 100% ASE trained and get ongoing factory classroom and hands-on training. In addition to being factory certified, several of our technicians have graduated to "gold certification" status, the highest certification level awarded by Land Rover.

Our philosophy towards service is simple: Not only must it be done right the first time, but at the utmost convenience to our customers. As such, the Service Department offers several options to make it easy to service your vehicle here. We offer a secure night drop for after hours drop off and early bird servicing, for instance. We offer free shuttle service to the Dunn-Loring Metro stop, as well as popular pockets within Vienna and Tyson's Corner. Or, if you'd prefer to wait, the area's largest Service staff ensures you'll be in and out fast, seven days a week. And while you wait, you'll be treated to an oversized customer lounge which provides free Wi-Fi internet access, large screen TV with direct cable access, and a refreshment bar which includes gourmet coffees and teas, filtered water and soft drinks.

One of our four service advisors look forward to meeting you the first time you arrive. All are fully trained and rank consistently higher than manufacturer standards in customer satisfaction. As they assist you with all of your Service needs, they'll also offer a complimentary 27-point inspection to ensure your vehicle is in top performing shape, and meets all safety requirements. Rosenthal Land Rover also offers complimentary annual state safety and emission inspections required by the state.

Then, just before you leave, your vehicle will be hand washed and placed safely in our spacious parking lot – just one more touch to ensure you and your vehicle receive deserving care.

Our service department has the most convenient location and hours in the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area. Located two miles outside of the Washington 495 beltway, right off route 7 on Spring Hill Rd in Vienna, Virginia. Our hours of operation are Monday- Friday 7:30 am - 8 pm with full cashier and pickup hours till 9 pm, Saturday 8 am till 5 pm with full cashier and pickup till 6 pm and Sunday 10 am till 4pm.
